  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspcurd
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspgarmmasala
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 3big spoon oil for frying

    Soak soyabean chunks.5-6hours. squeeze.

    Add cornflour, Red chilli powder, coriander powder.

    Add garam masala,salt, garlic ginger paste.

    Add curd.mix well.rest 15 minutes.

    Heat oil.put soyabean chunks,fry properly.crispy.
