Coconut rice

Wash and soak rice. Cook the rice till 80%-90%.

Heat coconut oil, crackle mustard seed, sesame seed, urad dal, green chillies and groundnuts. Stir for few minutes. Add the grated coconut, mix well. Now add the spices. Again stir it. Add the rice add coconut milk, tamarind juice. Cover and cook till done.

Remove it in a serving plate and garnish it with some grated coconut.
