Ingredients

Half an hour
Four people
  1. 250 gramsrefined flour
  2. 1/2 cupmilk
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 1small cabbage grated
  5. 1small size garlic grated
  6. 1small carrot grated
  7. 1/2 tea spoonblack pepper powder
  8. as requiredRed chillies chutney
  9. 5-6red chillies
  10. 1tomato
  11. 5-6garlic cloves
  12. 1/2 teaspoon salt

    Take refined flour,add salt and mix it with milk to make a smooth dough and keep it aside

  2. 2

    Make filling of Momos by mixing grated cabbage, carrot and grated garlic by adding salt and pepper, keep it aside for five minutes.

  3. 3

    Squeeze the filling by using your palms to remove water and make it dry.

  4. 4

    With the help of roller pin make small small thin round and flat shapes and fill it with filling and stick the corners and close it like Momos.More than twenty Momos will be made with this dough.

  5. 5

    Heat the water in a big vessel,put a rice drain sieve brush little oil and put all the momos in one go and cover it with lid for five minutes and cook it in steam,then turn around the Momos and cook it again.your Momos will be ready.

  6. 6

    While we are steaming Momos,let's make red chilli chutney,soak the chilli in water for five minutes,put it a grinder,add tomato,garlic and salt, grind it propping a smooth chutney.

  7. 7

    By the time your Momos are also ready, serve steaming hot Momos with spicy red chilli chutney.

  8. 8

    I am sure whomever will eat your Momos, will appreciate your culinary skills.As it is oil free so these are very light, tasty and filling, apt to satisfy the little hunger pangs.
