Mayo chicken and mix veg grill sandwich

First of all prepare chicken filling. In a pressure cooker add boneless chicken pieces and the above mentioned ingredients for chicken filling. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes. When it comes to room temperature, shred the chicken pieces. Chicken is ready.

Chop tomato, shred cabbage and slice capsicum and add all the ingredients mentioned above except butter and cheese. Add Coriander leaves and mix well.

Take a grill pan. Add some butter and dry roast bread slices from 1 side. Now spread the filling and grate some cheese over it and cover with another bread and grill them

By adding more butter grill the sandwiches from both sides. Cut triangles and enjoy with your favourite dip.
