Ingredients

  • 1 cupyellow moong dal
  • 1/4 cuprice
  • 2 tbspmash dal
  • 1 tbspblackeye peas(lobia)
  • Ginger
  • as requiredGreen chillies
  • as requiredSalt
  • as requiredCumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak moong dal, mash dal, blackeye peas, rice overnight.

  2. 2

    Next morning add ginger,salt,green chilli,cumin seeds in it and grind into dosa like batter.

  3. 3

    Heat a pan and pour the batter like dosa and drizzle some oil and cook on both sides till crisp.serve with coconut chutney
