Pre heat oven @ 180°c,grease a pan, line with parchment paper ang grease well, put aside

In a large bowl, whisk dry ingredients together, flour, salt, baking soda and set aside

Beat butter & sugar together on high speed until smooth and creamy, beat eggs one by one and add vanilla essence, combine well.

Now add dry ingredients and whisky then until well combine, add butter milk little by little as you whisk slowly, combine until no crumbs at the butter, add now some raising and combine well

Pour batter into cake pan, bake for around 40 to 45 min until cake is well baked, insert a toothpick into center of the cake to check if it's ready, if it comes out clean it is ready.

Allow cake to cool, completely in a pan before frosting...

In a large bowl, using hand held put whipping cream and vannila essence, whisky them together, until frosting is heavy cream,

Decorations.... Using large serrated knife, slice a thin layer of the cake

Place layer on your plate, or stand, cover the first layer with frosting, same tothe next layer, and put them together

Lastly, take chocolate ang grate on top

Refrigerate for 30min to get a perfect sliced, enjoy
