Start by putting white cheese in the boiling water and let it boil for about 3_4 minutes, then take them out and let them wait.

Add some butter into a hot pan, and start caramelizing the onion, add the sugar salt and the other spices, give them all a good mix then add the corn and mushrooms, let them caramelize for a while. Don't burn them 💅😉

Take out the whole mixture and save them for a while, you're going to use them soon. In the same pan add some more butter and put in your tortilla, then add the mixture over the tortilla add the sliced white and cheddar cheese, before rolling the tortilla add some parsley. Let the roll cook for about 3 minutes for each side. And you're good to go.
