Ingredients

20 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1 tbspghee
  2. 1/4jeera seeds
  3. 2/4mustered oil
  4. 1 cupchopped vegetables like broccoli, peas, grated carrots
  5. 1 cupbasmati rice soaked in water
  6. 2 tbspspoon gonda masala
  7. Salt as a taste
  8. 1 1/4 cupwater
  9. 1/4tsb haldi powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a karahi and heat on Saute. Once it's hot, add ghee. To the melted ghee, add the cumin and mustard seeds and let them sputter.

  2. 2

    Now add in your vegetables and stir to coat with the flavored ghee.Add rice, salt, water, pea and all spices.

  3. 3

    Cook on the Rice Setting and let it release pressure naturally for 10 minutes, releasing remaining pressure.

  4. 4

    Serve with hot..
