Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgchicken
  2. Cooking oil
  3. Onion
  4. Green hoho
  5. Red hoho
  6. Tomatoes
  7. Dhania
  8. Soy sauce (dark)
  9. Salt
  10. 1 cupgreen peas(minji)

Steps

  1. 1

    Put your sliced chicken on a sufuria and put it on fire

  2. 2

    Let it fry for a minute while you stir then add oil

  3. 3

    With a mwiko, stir and add your sliced onions

  4. 4

    When the onions are golden brown, add dhania sticks and tomatoes while you stir

  5. 5

    Add red and green hoho and keep stirring, put a little soy sauce and stir

  6. 6

    Add your frozen peas, and add water and let your chicken cook slowly while covered

  7. 7

    Check if your chicken is ready by tasting a piece,, add dhania and stir

  8. 8

    Serve with ugali, and vegetables of your choice and milk
