Ingredients

  1. 1 CupSugar
  2. 1 CupBrown Sugar
  3. 1 CupButter/Margarine
  4. 2 CupsSifted All Purpose Flour
  5. 2Eggs
  6. 1 teaspoonvanilla
  7. 1 CupSour Cream (I used maziwa Mala)
  8. 1 teaspoonsalt
  9. 2 teaspoonbaking soda
  10. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  11. 100 gChopped Dark Chocolate
  12. 3/4 Cuppowder cocoa
  13. 1 Cupcoffee mix with water

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven. In a bowl mix butter and the sugars using low hand mixer. Once creamy add Vanilla and the eggs.

    In a separate bowl shift the flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix with a mixer. Add the coffee water Add the sour cream and the chopped chocolate.

    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 175 degrees.
