Steps

Take a pan put oil add gram flour, sugar, salt, turmeric powder then add some water slowly and stir it well.

After stir watch it batter should be sticking then add lemon.

Take a plain plate turn it back and then pour the batter and spread with sharp knife let it cool down.

After cooling it cut it straight and roll it. Then again put a on a gas put oil, sesame, mustard black seeds for tadka (vaghar) then spears it this tadka on roll khandvi. So the khandvi ready.
