Ingredients

1chicken 1/4tered
1 TBSsalt
Juice from 1 lemon
1tspn black pepper
1/2tspn turmeric
1tspn all spice
1/2tspn chilli flakes
Garlic n ginger paste
1 TBSoil
1/4tspn rosemary powder

Steps

Mix all these ingredients in a bowl, taste and adjust seasoning

Slice your chicken with shallow slits
3

Smear the marinade in the chicken and on skin
4

Properly rub till every slit is well drained with marinade
5

Cover the bowl with the chicken pieces in with cling film and put in fridge for 6 hrs or overnight

Remove from fridge and remove the cling wrap
