  • 1/3 bowlrice
  • 4 cupsmilk
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • as requireddry fruits

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash and soak rice for 30 mins.

  2. 2

    Drain and grind rice.

  3. 3

    Heat up a thick bottom pan and boil milk.

  4. 4

    Add rice paste and cook on low flame stirring at regular intervals.

  5. 5

    When it thickens add sugar and let it cool.

  6. 6

    Keep it in fridge and add dry fruits at serving.
