500 gramsNethili/Anchovies fish
1 1/2 tspred chilli powder
1 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt
1 tspcorn flour
2 tsprice flour
1/2lemon
As required Oil for frying

Clean fish well at least twice in turmeric water.

Add all the ingredients and mix well to coat all the fishes.

Squeeze half a lemon and marinate for atleast half an hour.

Heat oil in a tawa and fry both sides till crisp. Drain on a tissue.
