Wash,peel and chop mangoes add half ginger. Grind and make puree. Heat oil in pan add finely chopped ginger and garlic.cook till light pink in colour. Add mango puree.cook little now add sugar, chilli flakes if you don't have chilli flakes add red chilli powder,Salt, vinegar cook little more, now take cornflour add water mix add in mango chutney. Cook for 2-3 mnts. remove from heat let it cool and store in airtight bottle.

Serve with paratha or any other snacks.
