Firstly prepare syrup...take pan and add sugar and water and ealichi....wait for boil...you can see in picture that the syrup is not clean and contain fog....you can add lemon and then see the diffrence....by adding lemon this avoid crystalisation(you can also save syrup for a week).......put aside the syrup

For jalebi take maida and dahi,food colour,baking powder and mix it and tthen add water and make a smooth paste

Put the batter in ketchup bottle and take a pan and add oil and make jalebi shape with batter and cook it from both sides.......by turning

Take out the jalebis and put it in syrup for 30 seconds.......and take it out and serve it hot....you can make jalebis of two colour either orange or yellow...i show you both pics....prefer colour according to your choice
