We have been eating aalu ke parathe, methi ke parathe etc etc. Now let's make a different style paratha called lifafa (envelope) paratha with egg stuffing.
Steps

In a bowl add flour, salt, sugar, egg, oil and mix. Add water and knead well to form a dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 mins.

In a bowl add eggs, onion, tomatoes, red chilli powder, zeera powder, salt, green chillies and corrainder leaves and whisk well.

Knead the dough again by applying some oil to make a soft dough. Take a small dough and coat in dry flour and roll it in a circle with a help of rolling pin.

Spread oil and sprinkle some flour and fold both on opposite sides. Apply oil and again fold on opposite sides, it will be a square now.

Dust some dry flour and roll the dough with the help of a rolling pin in square shape.

Heat the pan on low flame. Cook the paratha slightly on one side. Turn it and add egg mixture, spread some cheese. Apply ghee/oil and fold the paratha from all four sides like an envelope. It should be sealed completely.

Fry paratha on both sides with ghee/oil. Serve hot with spicy chutney or sauce or yoghurt.
