Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2Moong dal papad
  • 1 cupBoiled Sweet Corn
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves finely chopped
  • 4 tspOnion chopped
  • 4 tspTomato chopped
  • 1/2 tspGreen chilli
  • 1/2 tspLemon juice
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchBlack pepper
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/8 tspBlack salt
  • 1/2 tspChaat masala
  • 1 tspJeera powder
  • as requiredOil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    1st step - Heat the pan put some oil and fry the papad.take 2 katori 1 bigger and 1 smaller. Give shape to the papad with the help of katori(bigger katori then papad then smaller katori inside)And now papad looks like katori.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl put boiled corn,onion, tomato, coriander leaves,lemon juice, Green chilli,chat masala,salt, Black salt, Black pepper powder,red chilli powder, jeera powder and mix them all together.

  3. 3

    Take papad katori and fill the corn mixture upto half of the level. Garnish with some tomato, green chilli,lemon slice and coriander leaves.

  4. 4

    Serve it immediately to avoid sogginess.
