Cut mango into big pieces. Add this into cooker with 2 glasses of water. Let it whistle for 3 times.

In a bowl add water of cooker. Mash mango in it. Sieve to get mango juice.

In a pan add juice, food colour and sugar. Let sugar to dissolve. Boil in high flame for 3 minutes. Then boil in medium flame for 20 to 25 minutes. Add lemon juice. Pour into container. Let set. It may take time 2 to 3 hours. Ready to serve with bread.
