Ingredients

30 to 40 min
2 to 3 peoples
  • 1 litremilk
  • 3 tablespoonscustard powder
  • 3 Tablespoons chilled milk
  • 1/2 tspcardmom powder
  • 5-6kesar / saffron strands
  • 5-6cashew nuts finally chopped
  • 5-6badam dinally chopped
  • 2-3pistachos finally chopped
  • as per tasteSugar

Steps

30 to 40 min
  1. 1

    Put milk in a pan on medium flame.
    Now take 1 small cup add chilled milk and custard powder in it mix well after 15 min add sugar and cardamom powder add custard milk mix well for 5 mins.

    Off the flame add chopped dry fruits and chilled for 3 hours then refrigerate dor 3 to 4 hours after that serve chilled.
