I still don’t remember what inspired me towards this simple breakfast recipe that I indulge once in a while. All you need is some boiled eggs, mayo, Salt & pepper, maybe a tinge of mustard or green chilies for that extra heat kick, that most Indians always love.
The reason am sharing this recipe is that because it is the most simple to make for those who are venturing into cooking, yet a filling breakfast, nutritious and tasty. Here’s the quickie recipe, do tag me in social media if you do try this recipe, I would love to know your feedback.

1. Hard boil the Eggs And After removing the shell, cut them into half.

Carefully remove the cooled & cooked yolks into a bowl and break them into a crumble

Add two table spoons of mayonnaise, with some salt & pepper to the egg yolk crumble and beat into a smooth consistency.

Now is the time to get creative, as per your taste add a teaspoon of mustard sauce or some chopped green chilies or maybe some fresh basil

Now scoop this mixture into to the half egg whites cups and serve, use the image for reference
