#WEARETOGETHER I had tried khaosuey for the first time in my life only two weeks ago, and I am HOOKED! The rich curry and fiery chicken complimented each other so well. And the garnishing with the delicate slims and is my favourite!

For curry, mix gram flour, spices, and yoghurt, and let it cook in a pan. Add water and stir to make it smooth. Let it cook for 1 hr on medium flame, stirring in between.

For chicken gravy, marinate chicken with all spices and condiments, for half hour.

Then add oil to pan, add chicken, and let it cook until chicken is tender. Add water if needed. Add cornflour slurry to thicken sauce. Keep aside.

Boil spaghetti as per packet instructions.

Drain, and add 1 tbsp oil to it to prevent clumping.

For assembling khaosuey. Add spaghetti in a deep bowl, ladle in the curry generously, add the fried chicken gravy on top.

Generously add the chips and condiments, sprinkle chat masala on top. Enjoy!
