First, rinse the rice and let it soak for 10 minutes. Heat a pan on the stove, then add the ghee. Once the ghee melts, add all the whole spices listed in the ingredients. When the spices turn slightly brown and aromatic, add the rice and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add the water, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well, cover, and cook on medium-low heat until the rice is done.

After cooking, gently mix the rice once. Your fluffy jeera rice is ready to serve.
