Heat a pan and add 1tbsp oil,splutter some cumin seeds,then add onion and garlic paste,saute well...add mashed potatoes and routine spices and mix well,masala is done.....👍

Add some jeera,salt and turmeric powder in gram flour and add water.....adjuste consistency like pakoda dough spread potatoes masala, between two slices of bread like sandwich,cut it in four pieces....

Heat oil in a pan for frying,deep the sandwich piece in gram flour dough and then deep fry it from both sides nicely...and serve with chutney or sauce....😋
