The beauty of this dish is it's simplicity. Made with just 5 ingredients, this dish is a perfect accompaniment with roti, rice, toast or just as an appetizer. This dish can be made without a drop of oil. The king of spices Black Pepper gets it's due respect in this dish. No wonder it was one of the reasons India got into trouble long back for beings world’s only black pepper sauce. This smoky flavored no frills dish takes me to my bachelor days at grad school when one ingredient dishes ruled the meals day after day for many reasons :). If you want to really go for gold just use pepper salt and chicken; and then build your flavors on top.
