Steps

Take ragi and wheat flour add salt, oil

Slowly add water and knead a soft dough.

Heat a tawa. Take some dough portion and roll out flat.

Put the roti on tawa and keep for few seconds and flip.

Roast the second side completely and flip to first side directly on burner by removing tawa. It will puff up..
- 6
Ready to serve as it is or with ghee or makkhan.
