  • For fried noodles you will need
  • 3 cupswater
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 packhakka noodles/instant noodles
  • Oil fr frying
  • For chinese bhel
  • 2 tspoil
  • Chopped garlic/ginger
  • 1/3finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbspspring onion
  • 1/2carrot shredded
  • 1/2capsicum sliced
  • 2 tbspshezwan sauce
  • 2 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1/2 tsppepper powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt

    For making noodles is boil hakka noodles wit pinch of salt and drop of oil then strain the water let it cool down..then fry the noodles in a hot oil it wil cum out lyk fried thin noodles and keep it aside see dat you dnt put everthng to get put little little othwse it vl fully mashup your fried noodles is ready

  2. 2

    Then take wok heat oil and saute chopped ginger garlic,saute onion,spring onion,carrot,capsicum till they half cooked yet crunchy

    Now add 2tbsp shezwan sauce,tomato sauce,soya sauce,vinegar, salt and pepper powder and transfer the masala mixture in to a fried bhel

    Chinese bhel is ready to eat garnish wit sum spring onion and noodles

  5. 5

    Bt please see wen you siting to have that time you mix masala in the sev othrwze it will bcm soggy and soft it will bcm noodles so b sure of it😇😇
