For stuffing heat a pan put mava and saute for few minutes on medium heat.

When it's colour change in light brown switch off the flame and add sugar, cardamom powder and chopped nuts mix well. Keep a aside.

Now take a big bowl put all-purpose flour, melted ghee and baking soda, Mix well

Knead it and make a semi soft dough with sufficient water. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

For sugar syrup - In a pan put water and sugar, make one stiring consistency of syrup. Keep aside.

Divide the dough into equal parts and roll out into round thin puri.

Keep1 spoon mava mixture into the center of puri and fold it and stick with water from sides.

Put the clove in the center

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these laung latika until golden brown in colour.

Dip into the sugar syrup for 5 minutes then take out from sugar syrup and serve.
