Firstly wash the bhindis and clean them with cloth then cut them in round shape.....now take a pan and add oil and then add bhindis and cook them for 10-15 on low flame without covering....

When bhindis cooked half then add onions and spices and mix it gently....cook it for more 5-10 minutes....check it time to time and mix it again and again......when cooked properly serve it with papad and pickle as you like
