Soak dal & rice for 2/3 hours then wash & rinse well

Now add dal & rice along with cumin,ginger,green chilli & coriander leaves

Make a thick batter then add hing & salt to taste & mix well for 5 minutes

Heat oil in a deep frying pan take small amount of batter in your palm & put them in hot oil

Make all pakodas likewise then serve hot pakodas with green chutney or any sauce
