Ab gunwar Ki phalyan dalen or shan vegetable masala shamil karke one cup water dalen or phaliyon ke gal jane or pani khushk ho jane tak pakaen.

Zaeqedar gunwar ki phaliyan tayyar.....

Uper se hari mirchin dal kar chapati ke sath serve karen.
