  • 2 cupsblack chickpeas (kala chana) boiled
  • 1/2 cupchopped tomato pulp removed
  • 1/2 cupchopped onion
  • 1green chilli finely chopped, adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoonchopped mint
  • 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  • 1 tablespoonTamarind sauce
  • 1/4 teaspooncumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt to taste
  • 1small lemon or lime juice of

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Drain the boiled chickpeas and place them in a large bowl.

    Add chopped tomato, onion and cilantro, mint.

    Then add the spices- chaat masala, cumin powder, amchur, red chilli powder and very little salt and 1 tablespoon tamarind sauce
