Rose momos

We all love momos but it will be more tasty if the presentation is little changed .
Steps

Mix maida,salt and oil together and make a smooth dough. use water accordingly.

Now heat the pan.put the oil, once heated put the chopped garlic cloves and all shredded and chopped veggies. Mix salt and black pepper and saute the veggies.

Once it cool down keep aside and start preparing the momos.

Now take a ball of maida from dough and roll it on platform and cut in small circles with katori or whatever you have around.

Then put the peices one after the other just little overlapping and put the filling.

Seal them tightly or you can even use water to stick on the edges.

Finally roll them and steam or fry them according to your choice.

You will get rose shape momos which you can enjoy with schzewan sauce.
