Mix the eggs, milk, and salt to taste. Cut the bread into pieces.

Prepare the rest of the toppings you want to use and have them ready.

Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture and place them in a skillet with a little oil. Once all the bread is in the pan, pour the remaining egg mixture over the top and cover.

Cook until you can flip the tortilla. Then reduce the heat to low, add your desired toppings (cheese, tomato, oregano, pepper, etc.) on top, cover, and cook until the cheese melts.
