Steps

Rub salt on chillies. Let them rest for couple of hours.

Drain water, if any. Mix all dry ingredients in the sliced chillies.

Add mustard oil and mix again. Fill them in a jar.

Top with little but of more hot mustard oil and seal the jar.
- 5
Let it bask in sun for few days or 2 weeks, before consuming. Refrigerate once the jar is opened.
