Grate the cucumber. Add it to the curd. Add sugar, salt, black salt and mix well.

Take oil, heat it, crackle mustard seed and cumin seed, green chillies and curry leaves. Pour this seasoning to the curd mixture. Mix well again. Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Keep it in the fridge for 1/2 hour. Remove and serve chilled with your lunch😋
