Ingredients

  • 1 tbspground fennel
  • 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonvinegar
  • 1 teaspoontandoori masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tablespoonpaprika
  • 1 tablespoonmixed herbs
  • 4 tablespoonshoney
  • 1 tablespoonbasil
  • 2 tablespoonsKetchup
  • 1 kgpork ribs

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the ingredients and ensure each rib is coated. Then refrigerate overnight

    Boil the ribs in the marinate until all the water is used up

    In an oven friendly bowl. Place ketchup, some honey, basil and sauce. Mix and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius

    Once done, baste the ribs, serve and enjoy
