Looking for a COFFEE which exactly tastes like a coffee but is not coffee at all!!centuries ago people used roasted chickpeas as healthy alternative to caffeinated coffee.
coffee is a favourite beverage throughout the world.It is a stimulant, contains caffeine .Cold Coffee here is made without actual coffee ,and no intake of any caffeinated drink ,but still enjoying Coffee,has inspired me a lot.Let us see without coffee,how is cold coffee made.

Fresh and creative recipe,used basic available Ingredients.In order to make NO COFFEE substitute we will make use of our good old CHICKPEAS.Place a pan on medium flame.Put in 2 tbsp of chickpeas and Roast for 15-20 Min by continuously stirring then till they are dark brown in colour.Let them cool Grind them in a blender jar to fine powder.It will exactly smell like Coffee powder.Unbelievable!!

Transfer the powder in abowl.In a blender jar take 1 glass (300 ml) Chilled milk,add 1 tsp (or more) powdered sugar and 1 tsp No COFFEE powder that is Roasted chickpeas powder and blend them till smooth.

Pour it in a serving glass or serving Cup.Garnish with Roasted chickpea powder and enjoy.It tastes exactly like cold coffee!! Amazing!!
