Take a bowl add maida, besan, soda and powdered sugar. Mix well. Add water and make slurry.It should not be thick.

In a nonstick pan heat butter and oil.

Dip the cake pieces in the slurry and shallow fry on low medium flame.

When one side become brown and crispy turn the pakora and cook other side till it becomes golden brown.

Transfer it in a plate.Brush honey over it. Enjoy with Katti mithi Tamarind Sauce.

You can also deep fry.
