Mango Pancake
Steps

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately.

To the mango puree add milk, melted butter and eggs and whisk it well.

In a separate bowl sieve in maida, baking powder and salt.

Mix in the wet ingredients into the dry bowl slowly and whisk it into a smooth batter.

Heat up a non-stick pan and using a ladle pour the batter.

Flip the pancake once you see the bubbles rise.

Stack the pancakes and drizzle some honey over them or top then with freshly chopped mangoes.

Enjoy.
