Cooking Instructions
- 1
Peel a few strips from the lime, slice a small piece, and cut the rest into chunks.
- 2
Add 4 large ice cubes. (Note: I use a blender that can handle very cold ice, but you can use regular ice) Add two or three sprigs of mint, the lime chunks, and a full glass of water.
- 3
Blend on the ice crush setting for a few seconds and add the sweetener. Finally, garnish. Presentation is key.
- 4
I enjoy it this way because I like to occasionally chew on pieces of mint as the lime settles at the bottom. If you don't like that, add the water without the ice, blend, and strain, then follow the steps.

My wife loves Mojitos, but does not like getting a mouthful of mint leaves with every sip. This recipe retains the mint flavor without the side salad of the traditional Mojito. John Courtade -

Blue berry mojito spritzer - 2 versions Blue berry mojito spritzer - 2 versions
Summer and blueberries yum. Here are 2 different versions. One non alcohol I learned thru an online cooking class and one alcohol version I found on the internet. I gave instructs for the alcohol version first followed by non. I add more club sofa (not following the recipe) then I do ginger ales because I don’t like a lot of sugar sometimes and it is still great. I talk about both because while I always have carbonated water I do not always have ginger ale and it is super easy to grab mint from my tiny herb garden. Katatonickat -
Mojito x Cuba Libre = Delicious! Mojito x Cuba Libre = Delicious!
I love mojitos. I also love Cuba Libre. Hmm, both of them have a rum base with lime. What happens if I mix them... And that's how I found this delicious drink. If possible, used crushed ice. You might have a crushed ice setting on your food processor or blender. For 1 glass. Recipe by Mekamahao cookpad.japan
