Steps

Peel and wash your potatoes

Chop your onions, Corriander, garlic and capsicum

Grate your tomato, you can also blend

Fry your onions, then add garlic paste

Add Capsicum, Corriander and grated tomato, then chips and stir and be careful not to break them

Add salt then serve
