2-3 spoonoil
Water for mixing
for dal makhani
300 gmurad dal
100 gmmoong dal
As neededAmul Butter or ghee
1 tbspGinger garlic paste
3 tbsp Tomato +1onion puree
As per tasteTaste wise Table salt
2 tbsp red chilli powder

For dal makhni we will keep 300 g urad dal and 100 g moong dal for 8 hour in water
