Peel, clean and wash potatoes. Then dice them equally and soak in water.

Now heat oil in a deep pan and drain the water from potatoes completely. Put the potatoes in hot oil

Deep fry potatoes flip and fry evenly from both the sides for 3-4 minutes on low to medium flame.

Remove the fried potatoes in a big bowl or plate. Sprinkle black salt and black pepper powder. Mix gently and serve.
