Peel and grate potatoes and leave in chilled water.

After 15 mint drain the water and squeeze extra water from potatoes

Add scramble egg

Then add all dry spices and mix well.

Cut tomatoes and when make kabab like chpal kabab...

And fry low flame. When colour gets brown it's mean kabab ready.

Enjoy katchp or green chutney.
