  • 1कप सूजी
  • 1/2कप बेसन
  • 1/2कप चावल का आटा
  • 1कप दही
  • 1चम्मच नमक
  • 1/4चम्मच शक्कर
  • 1/4चम्मच मीठा सोडा
  • तड़के के लिए- 2 चम्मच तेल
  • 1/2चम्मच राई
  • 1/2चम्मच तिल
  • 2-3हरी मिर्च
  • करी पत्ता
  • 1/2चम्मच जीरा

  1. 1

    सूजी,बेसन, चावल का आटा,दही, नमक, शक्कर को मिलाकर 5 मिनट रखें थोड़ा सा पनी मिलाए अब सोडा मिलायें,ढोकला मिक्स को प्लेट मे डाले।

    अब प्लेट को पकने क लिए रखे,10 मिनट तक भाप मे पकने दे।

    अब प्लेट निकाल कर थोड़ा ठंडा करे, तडका तैयार करे इसे ढोकला पर डाले। छोटे छोटे पीस काटे और परोसें।
