Delicious Italian Lasagna With Bechamel Sauce

Cut chicken into cubes. Then heat up oil in a pan add chopped onions into it and fry it till little brown. Then add chicken cubes and salt, put it on high flame until the water is absorbed. Cover the lid. Now fry it till it gets brown. Add chopped tomatoes. Fry it on high flame for 5 minutes.Now add 1 tsp of Italian seasoning and 4 tbsp of ketchup with half cup of water to make sauce. Fry it for few minutes. Keep aside.

Now boil Water add lasagna to it and cook it on high flame for 10 minutes. Drain the water and keep aside.

For Bechamel sauce, In another pan heat up butter then add flour to it. Fry it till brown then add milk. Now keep whisking until the sauce gets thicken. Then add black pepper and salt to it. Now add cheese and mix it. Sauce is ready.

Now preheat the oven at 300*C for 15 minutes.Now layer up lasagna noodles. Add little chicken sauce to the dish. Now add lasagna noodles then add a layer of bechamel sauce,then chicken sauce and then add a layer of cheese. Repeat the layers. Cover it with the foil. Cook it at 400*C for 1 hr. Lasagna is ready now. Enjoy the yummy bites.
