Firstly in a pan, add 2 cups of water. Allow it to boil. Once it starts boiling, add Maggi along with Maggi Masala (taster maker). Stir in between. Don't overcook it. Otherwise it will become sticky. Once it done, turn off the flame.

Now put these Maggi in a rectangle shaped container as we are going to make Maggi sandwich for that we will need rectangle shaped Maggi. Let it rest in a refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes. So it will take the shape of rectangle container. Cut it in 2 equal half.

In a grilled pan, add 1 soon of butter. Then put 2 paneer slices. Let it grill from both the sides. It will look like this (shown in the picture)

Sprinkle pinch of salt, chilli flakes and pizza seasoning according to taste.

In the same pan, add butter and boiled corn grains. Add pinch of salt, chilli flakes and pizza seasoning according to taste. Saute it till it becomes crunchy. Put aside these crunchy corn and grilled paneer.

Take rectangle shaped Maggi.(2 pieces). Grill it in the same pan by adding butter. On the top of first grilled Maggi base, put 2 slices of grilled Paneer and on the top of second Maggi base, put 2 to 3 capcicum rings. Then sprinkle it with pinch of salt, chilli flakes and pizza seasoning.

First base: On the top of paneer slices, put tomato rings and crunchy chatpate corn grains. Sprinkle it with salt, chilli flakes and pizza seasoning. Second base : On the top of capcicum rings arrange some onion rings, crunchy corn grains and sprinkle some salt, chilli flakes and pizza seasoning.

Garnish both the base with some grated cheese, chilli flakes and pizza seasoning.

Serve and enjoy this delicious open grilled Paneer and Cheesy corn Maggi sandwich with your loved ones. I have served it with Tabasco sauce.
