1 ltr Milk
1/2 cupSugar
1Lemon
1 tsp Elaichi
2 tsp Almond
1/2 cup Ghee

Boil milk

Put 1 lemon(juice) in the boiled milk.

After some time milk will change into watery and thick.Than add sugar into it. Let it cook. Now add 2 spoon of ghee. Let it cook and form thick.

Pour into vessel which ever you want. Garnish it with almond. Let it cool.

Ready to have.
