Ingredients

  • 4 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupmilkmaid
  • 1 cupcream or malai
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • as neededChopped dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan reduce milk till half

  2. 2

    Add cream, sugar, condensed milk and cook for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add cardamom powder, dry fruits and mix well....let it cool down completely

  4. 4

    Add them to kulfi moulds and freeze overnight

  5. 5

    Serve
